Slows down the music without changing the pitch. Many slower speeds, create endless loops that you can move forward or backward (no rewind button to wear out!), records long enough to record a complete song in one take. Record as many cuts as you like and save them! Records CD's, possible to record other sources through sound card. Fine tune the pitch, or transpose up or down! Easy!  
TR-400 recorder, similar except doesn't fine tune or transpose, and records to 150 seconds $139
